1. Purpose

These Terms govern the use of layvoflow.com and the purchase of digital website templates sold by Anelise de Souza Silva. By purchasing or using the site, you confirm that you have read and fully accept these Terms.

2. Product

Templates are digital products made of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and, where stated, design files (Figma). They are delivered exclusively by download, with no physical goods shipped.

3. License

The Single plan allows use on a single project. Bundle and All-Access plans allow use on unlimited projects, your own or clients'. Reselling, sublicensing or redistributing the files as a template is prohibited.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in euros (€) and may include applicable taxes. Payment is securely processed by Stripe. We do not store full card data on our servers.

5. Delivery

After payment confirmation, the download link is shown on the confirmation page and sent by email. See the Delivery Policy.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

Refund conditions and exceptions for digital products are described in the Refund Policy. Questions: contato@layvoflow.com.

7. Intellectual property

Templates, brand and site content are protected by intellectual property rights. Purchase grants a license to use, not a transfer of ownership.

8. Liability

Templates are provided as is. We do not guarantee suitability for specific requirements not described on the product page, nor are we liable for indirect damages arising from use.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules applicable in your country of residence.
